Sewer System Update, February 20, 2012
The Bay at dusk, courtesy of Jim Patterson, Pat-a-Mac
The Centennial weekend was a grand success, thanks to the considerable efforts of Bill Allison, Andrea Nielsen, and the rest of the planning committee. Friday night's revelry resulted in lots of sore dancing feet, but otherwise no casualties were reported. Similarly, the boat parade on Saturday went off without a hitch, with nearly every boat in Bayville off its mooring. Any disappointment about the lack of maritime drama and/or formal nautical protests was more than offset by Phil Roberts' cross dressing. Ice cream and the Cake that Fed the Five Thousand were enjoyed all weekend. To relive the fun, please visit the links to the Centennial Slideshow (courtesy of Julie O'Brien Merrill) and the Tricky Dog Circus (thanks to Robert Blakesley).
Also please note under "Links of Interest," there is a link to purchase Bayville logo merchandise of all kinds!
Please send centennial celebration photos to kateg[at]gmail[dot]com, so I can build a page commemorating the festivities. Please include captions.
